Hastings and District Jewish Society

On Saturday, 7th April, the Society held a first night Seder at the Arthur Easton Hall, St. Leonards on Sea. Twenty-four members and friends enjoyed the Seder service which was ably conducted by Bruce Eton with the help of Mayer Flaster and Aif Ross. The next Ladies Social Club ‘Tea & Chat’ afternoon will be held at the home of Bernice Lee on Monday, 21st May, starting at 2pm. All ladies are welcome.

Our next regular meeting will be held on Friday, 3rd May at the Hugh Smith Hall, Eversley Road, Bexhill-on-Sea. The service, which starts at 7pm, will be followed by a talk entitled ‘The Paintings of the Area’, given by Miss Victoria Williams of the Hastings Museum.
